1. ORDER PROCESSING TIME

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.


2. SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

We currently ship to the following regions:

  • The Netherlands

  • European Union (EU) countries

If your location is not listed, please contact our support team for additional shipping options.


3. DELIVERY TIME

Estimated delivery times after order processing:

  • The Netherlands: 1–3 business days

  • European Union: 2–6 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as carrier delays, customs processing, or peak shipping periods.


4. SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and order size.
Orders over €80 qualify for free standard shipping.

Free shipping eligibility is automatically applied during checkout when the order total meets the minimum amount.


5. TRACKING

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.


6. DELAYS & LOST PACKAGES

claussy’s is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.
If your package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will assist you in resolving the issue.


7. INCORRECT ADDRESS

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct when placing your order.
claussy’s is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
